• Colorado Basenji Rescue provides foster homes until Basenji's can be placed in qualified homes.
  
  
• Colorado Greyhound Adoption finds permanent loving homes for retired racers. 303-814-1538
  
  
• The Colorado House Rabbit Society is a national domestic (pet) rabbit rescue organization, with a chapter in Broomfield, Colorado. The Colorado House Rabbit Society offers affectionate, litter-trained, spayed or neutered rabbits for adoption. They also offer education about rabbits.
  
  
• Deaf Dog Action Fund rescues and re-homes deaf dogs.
  
  
• Divine Feline is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to TNR (trap, neuter, and return) of feral cats in Colorado. The number of cats Divine Feline has altered through 2009 is 8,978 and the total number examined through 2009 is 9,247.

• Evergreen Animal Protective League. EAPL is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to providing aid to lost, abandoned, and suffering animals through rescue, shelter, and education.
